Two years ago, in 2015, at the age of 36 and after 20 years passing over 2 marriages, having 3 kids, drinking alcohol and smoking a lot, I got fat, up to 130 kg. at a height of 192 cm.


I decided to change something although for me was really hard working on 3 shifts. Therefore, I started to do a lot of cardio training among reading proper information about how should I do it the right way []

I’m Horea. When I started calisthenics training, the old school way, I wasn’t completely new to the pull-push routines. But I didn’t had the physique that I wanted. And I didn’t had the knowledge on how to build it. Especially how to get a six pack abs with dieting. That completely demotivated me for a long time.


But I was lucky enough to stumble across some of the best people in the fitness industry right at the time that I also met Adorian online. So while I got myself seriously informed about fitness I also followed Adorian and in this process I was inspired to train in the calisthenics way, which is something that I enjoyed since I was a kid and my father installed a pull-up bar at our house in my hometown.l []

Hi! My name is Horia. I’ m 21 years old and I’m a student. I’ve started to practice calisthenic 2 years ago. I wanted to try something new and different than joining a regular gym to lift weights. I’ve started to train outside regardless the meteo conditions and temperatures doing the Adorian’s way: 5 workouts per week and for almost 1 hour of continuous training per each session.
